Predefined Notes Screen

Use this screen to view, add, modify, or delete predefined notes for workfiles.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Add	This opens the Predefined Note screen which allows you to create a new predefined note record.
Delete	Select this option to delete the selected predefined note in the screen.
Edit	Selecting this option allows you to edit the selected predefined note.
Code	Enter a unique code identifying the Predefined Note. This is limited to six-characters.
Description	Write a description or name of the Predefined Note (e.g., All supplements must have prior approval).
